Senior Client Services Coordinator

 

Location: North Finchley, London

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

 

We are currently seeking a Senior Client Services Coordinator to ensure seamless organisation of client training projects. The successful candidate will be a confident, self-motivated person who is commercially aware and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. He or she will be a natural organiser who is comfortable with multi-tasking. They will have great attention to detail and be a people person who embraces the company’s customer service culture.


The successful candidate will report to the Client Relationship Director and will work closely with our Head of Learning and Development. They will be a key point of contact for clients and must serve as a brand ambassador.

 

Key responsibilities:
•  Coordinating end-to-end logistics and documentation of training projects
•  Communicating with UK and international clients by email and telephone
•  Managing training projects within our CRM system, setting follow up actions and working with the Client Relationship Director to ensure these are completed to deadline
•  Preparing physical course materials, such as learner manuals and certificates
•  Coordinating travel logistics in the UK and occasionally Europe for training consultants
•  Arranging project planning meetings and conference calls between the Head of Learning and Development and client's
•  Liaising with their training centres in London, Birmingham and Manchester to provide accurate and up to date information on their scheduled courses
•  Taking a proactive role in challenging existing systems, suggesting innovative ways to further improve their service and processes

 

Skills required
•  Minimum of three years’ experience as coordinator, administrator, secretary, client services executive or personal assistant
•  Strong computer skills, including knowledge of CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite of software - especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
•  Excellent organisation skills
•  Ability to multi-task
•  Meticulous attention to detail
•  A people person who loves achieving goals and working within a supportive team
