Module 1: Non-Verbal and Verbal Communication

Module 2: Managing Conflict & Resolving Discrepancies

Learning Outcomes:

Structuring conversations. Selecting the correct levels of assertion when highlighting mistakes. Avoiding unnecessary escalations.

  • Using Positive and Persuasive Language
  • Tactfully Highlighting People’s Mistakes

 

Module 3: Identifying Needs and Motivations

Learning Outcomes:

Correctly interpreting the communication of others. Demonstrating genuine interest and empathy. Understanding the wants and needs of others.

  • Barriers to Communication
  • Empathetic Listening: S.I.F.T. Method™
  • Effective Questioning Techniques

 

Module 4: Connecting with People

Learning Outcomes:

Building the trust and credibility of others. Developing genuine rapport and relationships. Making others feel comfortable around you. Breaking rapport and keeping conversations productive.

  • Rapport Building & Influencing

 

Learning Formats

Option 1: Scheduled Courses (Suitable for Individuals / Small Groups)

• Locations / Availability: Regular courses in London (dates listed below).

• Our Approach: Questionnaires to establish key development areas. Personal action plans to support skills reinforcement.

• Length/Timings: 1 day (9.30am – 4.30pm).
