Module 1: Prioritisation Skills – Part One

Learning Outcomes:

Habits and rituals of highly productive people. Influencing people and controlling your environment. Taking ownership of your time. Decision making skills.

  • 4D’s of Decision Making
  • Having Set Times to Check and Respond to Email

Module 2: Prioritisation Skills – Part Two

Learning Outcomes:

Prioritising tasks (project work / small wins) based on importance, urgency and significance. Managing the expectations of others – saying no where necessary. Influencing and persuading others when delegating tasks.

Methodologies:

  • Prioritisation Techniques: Eisenhower's Principle
  • Assertively & Proactively Handling Ad-Hoc Requests
  • Effective Delegation Skills

Module 3: Remaining Focused & Productive

Learning Outcomes:

Keeping the brain engaged and motivated to perform. Managing ‘time stealers’ and unwanted distractions. Managing energy dips throughout the day.

Methodologies:

  • Overcoming Distractions / Procrastination
  • Ritualising Breaks

Module 4: Planning & Structuring Your Working Day

Learning Outcomes:

Having the day you want to have. Making short and long-term productivity improvements by evaluating how effectively time is being used.

Methodologies:

  • Creating and Managing To-Do Lists
  • Time Mapping

 

Learning Formats

Option 1: Scheduled Courses (Suitable for Individuals / Small Groups)

• Locations / Availability: Regular courses in London (dates listed below).

• Our Approach: Questionnaires to establish key development areas. Personal action plans to support skills reinforcement.

• Length/Timings: 1 day (9.30am – 4.30pm).

Group Size: Average of 8 delegates per course. Led by friendly and experienced facilitators. Plenty of personal attention given.

• Refreshments: Breakfast, lunch and refreshments provided throughout the day.

• Awards: Certificate of Training presented on completion and course manual included.
