A Learning and Performance Needs Analysis is conducted between Key Stakeholders and our Director of Learning and Performance (via Teams).

An Introductory Email sets the scene, and a Pre-Course Questionnaire includes learners in the design process.

Our expert Learning Consultants will deliver a highly engaging course using our unique step-by-step
Methodologies.

Our Learning Reinforcement Toolkit (featuring Cheat Sheets, Weekly Knowledge Quizzes and a Capability Self-Assessment Questionnaire) drives long-term behavioural change.

Learner Reaction, Conceptual Understanding and Practical Behavioural Change and Bottom-Line results are measured. 

Managers / Leaders will be provided with our Service Competency Frameworks and Competency Evaluation Form.

Service Standards, Processes / Systems / Measurements will be built.

3 – 6 mins Learning Video’s for each our topics are provided to learners.
